Returns and Refunds
LASPA Naturals believes in creating long term loyal customers, and as such, allows returns and exchanges on any product (except for expired products) if for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@laspanaturals.com to discuss your issue, and please provide your name, order number, and the lot number and expiry date of your product. We will work with you to resolve your issue as much as is reasonably possible.
All returned items must be sent, with the original packaging, and be obviously unused, within 60 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. No returns on expired sunscreen or due to expiry date. We will reimburse you the original purchase price for that product, less any shipping costs for the original purchase.
Allergic Reactions
We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. LASPA Naturals will refund or credit the amount of the individual product price paid that caused the Allergic Reaction.
Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided. Customers that do not follow instructions, or have a known allergy to a particular ingredient but fail to read the ingredient list prior to purchasing will be deemed to have accepted responsibility for use and outcome of that particular product. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.
Defective Products
All of LASPA Naturals products undergo quality control testing after manufacture, and have a Lot Number and Expiry Date noted on the bottom of the packaging. If you are concerned that the product is defective in some way, please email us at info@laspanaturals.com, and provide the Lot No and Expiry along with your proof of purchase to allow us to investigate fully. If the product is suspected to be defective in some way, or requires further analysis, we will ask for you to return the product to our facility. Returned products will be shipped at your expense, and if a determination is made that the product is in fact defective in some way, then we will reimburse to you the shipping cost, along with compensation for your original purchase (credit, refund, or replacement at your option). If the product is not defective, then we will offer to replace it for you free of charge. Please note that we cannot guarantee or warranty products that are beyond their expiry period.
