General Information
If an item is out of stock and unavailable within a reasonable period of time at the time of your order, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for this item to be back in stock and have the order shipped complete or receive a refund for the missing item. We do not ship partial orders. If the item that was out of stock eventually becomes available, then you will need to re-order through the website as normal.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in North America. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in North America using a credit card from Canada or United States.] Any shipments outside of North America are not available at this time.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs & Sales Tax
We use a flat shipping rate of $10 for orders under $50 in Canada or under $100 in the US. Orders over $50 in Canada and over $100 in the US qualify for free shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas.
Sales tax is charged according to the province/state or territory to which the item is shipped.
You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@laspanaturals.com.
